Austrian Lotteries' customer service centre is available from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
You are also welcome to visit us in person at our headquarters on Rennweg 44, 1038 Vienna. The customer service centre is open from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm and on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
